1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Free Mobility (freemobility.es), based in Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain. For any question about your data, write to freemobility01@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you type into the booking request form:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the scooter model and the delivery and return dates
• the delivery address or hotel name
• anything you write in the notes field

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors. Browsing the site without submitting the form leaves us no personal data about you.

3. Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your request, agree the booking, deliver and collect the scooter, and stay in contact about the rental.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is only handled by:

• the people running Free Mobility
• our website and email hosting provider, which stores the message on our behalf
• Google, as the provider of the Gmail inbox the booking email is sent to

These providers act on our instructions. We do not transfer your data outside the EU except through providers that offer an adequate level of protection.

5. How long we keep it

We keep a booking request for as long as needed to handle the rental and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and follow-up questions, then delete it.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• correct or delete it
• restrict or object to how we use it
• send it to you in a portable format

To do any of this, email freemobility01@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS) and email credentials are stored outside the public web directory.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
