No licence is required in Spain, but users should be comfortable operating the controls. We provide a short walkthrough at delivery.
+Can I use the scooter on the road?
Mobility scooters are designed for pavements, promenades and pedestrian areas. Please follow local rules on where scooters may and may not be used - ask us if you are unsure about a specific route.
+What happens if the scooter breaks down during my rental?
Call or WhatsApp us immediately. Depending on the issue we will repair it on-site, swap it for another unit, or arrange a refund for the affected time - to be confirmed in our terms.
+How do I charge the scooter?
